San Jose - Tortuguero - Fortuna - Manuel Antonio

Day 2: San Jose – Tortuguero

Early in the morning, you will receive breakfast at the Hotel.

This day we will travel to the incredible area of Tortuguero, arriving at the Pavona dock we will board a boat and begin the navigation through this system of natural canals of magical beauty. In the course of the route, you can begin to contemplate the peculiar and beautiful nature of the place. Upon arrival at the hotel, located in a canal, integrated in the nature of the area, we will provide you with the distribution of the rooms, then you can have lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon, a visit to the small town of Tortuguero is included. As a historical review to say that the natives, with certain Mayan factions, lived from hunting and fishing that provided them with the environment. Today it is still a small town that lives from fishing and tourism, with the production and sale of typical handicrafts. We will include your hotel night.

Day 3: Tortuguero – La Fortuna

You will have breakfast at the Hotel and we will depart again to the Pavona dock, navigating on route through the canals and continue to Guapiles where we will have lunch. We will continue to the city of La Fortuna, in the interior of the country, located on the slopes of the Tilarán mountain range and at the foot of the Arenal Volcano. Arrival at mid-afternoon at the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure to start enjoying the different attractions that this area has to offer. If weather conditions permit, you will be able to observe the impressive cone of the Arenal Volcano, with a height of 1,633 meters, a unique and characteristic landscape of this place. We will include your night's lodging.

Day 4: Fortuna de San Carlos – La Fortuna Waterfall – Baldi Hot Springs

Early in the morning, you will receive breakfast at the hotel.

A few minutes from your lodging we will start with the first activity of the day, which will be to visit the impressive Fortuna Waterfall, located in a biological reserve with an area of 210 hectares of tropical rainforest that is part of the Arenal Volcano National Park.

To observe this splendorous waterfall of 70 meters high, the visitor must overcome a path of approximately 530 steps, for which the greatest security is offered to its passage and comfortable areas of rest and hydration, through a forest with native trees of the area. Once in front of the waterfall, you will find a large and comfortable viewpoint from which you can freeze your memories through unique and unique photographs, and finally you can take a refreshing swim in the crystal clear waters.

The second activity of the day is to visit a five star hotel, Baldi Hot Springs is cataloged as the largest natural hot springs in the world, with 25 pools of thermal waters one hundred percent natural, nestled amidst the vegetation of the tropical rainforest, fed by crystal clear waterfalls. The purity of the water accompanied by the singing of birds, the sound of falling water invites you to rest and relaxation to regain wellness and quality of life. Day 5: Fortuna de San Carlos – Manuel Antonio

Early in the morning, you will receive breakfast at the hotel.

This day we will travel to the incredible area of Manuel Antonio, during the tour we will make three visits, the first is to visit a souvenir shop where you can find a variety of souvenirs, then we will take a walk on the bridge of the Tárcoles River, which will allow us to observe crocodiles in their natural habitat. Finally, we will visit the Jaco Tourist Letters, where you will have an incredible panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean, in this area it is very common to observe Macaws in their natural habitat.

A lunch will be waiting for you after these activities, shortly after completing our tour to the area of Manuel Antonio.

At the end of this tour you will receive assistance from our staff, who will provide you with information about the hotel, room distribution and the rest of the day will be free at your disposal (we will include your hotel night).

Day 6: Manuel Antonio National Park - San José

Early in the morning, you will receive breakfast at the hotel.

This day we will visit the incredible Manuel Antonio National Park, one of the most visited in Costa Rica. Walking its trails surrounded by wildlife and resting on paradisiacal beaches are options that promise to captivate your senses.

It has one of the most impressive landscapes of Costa Rica, with multiple white sand beaches and lush foliage amidst large mountains and forests that reach the beaches. It has a wide variety of wildlife such as sloths, monkeys, raccoons, iguanas, deer and others. After enjoying this natural paradise you can shower and get ready to return to the capital San Jose or Juan Santa Maria International Airport.
