Caribbean – Tortuguero - Fortuna

Hotel – Cahuita National Park – Gandoca Manzanillo Reserve

First thing in the morning, you will receive breakfast at the Hotel.

Then a few kilometers from your hotel we will visit the incredible Cahuita National Park, which has white sand beaches, a turquoise sea and diverse marine life, these are some of the attractions that awaits the province of Limón.

In this ecosystem nestled in the Caribbean, but with a forest environment, you will find species such as raccoons, coatis, sloths, iguanas and basilisks. You will also observe snakes such as the oropel, the tamagá, and birds such as the crab-eating hawk.

At the end of this tour we will visit Gandoca-Manzanillo, a mixed (state and private) National Wildlife Refuge, where the combination of land, beach and sea landscapes, added to the local culture makes the site a very attractive place for the visitor. We will include your night's lodging.

Day 3: Caribbean – Tortuguero

Early in the morning, you will receive breakfast at the Hotel.

This day we will travel to the incredible area of Tortuguero, arriving at the Pavona dock we will embark a boat and begin the navigation through this system of natural canals of magical beauty. In the course of the route, you can begin to contemplate the peculiar and beautiful nature of the place. Upon arrival at the hotel, located in a canal, integrated in the nature of the area, we will provide you with the distribution of the rooms, then you can have lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon, a visit to the small town of Tortuguero is included. As a historical review to say that the natives, with certain Mayan factions, lived from hunting and fishing that provided them with the environment. Today it is still a small town that lives from fishing and tourism, with the production and sale of typical handicrafts. We will include your night's lodging.

Day 4: Tortuguero – La Fortuna

You will have breakfast at the Hotel and we will depart again to the Pavona dock, navigating en route through the canals and continue to Guápiles where we will have lunch. We will continue to the city of La Fortuna, in the interior of the country, located on the slopes of the Tilarán mountain range and at the foot of the Arenal Volcano. Arrival at mid-afternoon at the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure to start enjoying the different attractions that this area has to offer. If weather conditions permit, you will be able to observe the impressive cone of the Arenal Volcano, with a height of 1,633 meters, a unique and characteristic landscape of this place. Day 5: Fortuna de San Carlos – La Fortuna Waterfall – Baldi Hot Springs

Early in the morning, you will receive breakfast at the Hotel.

A few minutes from your lodging we will start with the first activity of the day, which will be to know the impressive La Fortuna Waterfall, it is located in a biological reserve with an area of 210 hectares, of humid tropical forest that is part of the Arenal Volcano National Park.

To observe this splendorous waterfall of 70 meters high, the visitor must overcome a path of approximately 530 steps, for which the greatest security is offered to its passage and comfortable areas of rest and hydration, through a forest with native trees of the area. Once in front of the waterfall, you will find a large and comfortable viewpoint from which you can freeze your memories through unique and unique photographs, and finally you can take a refreshing swim in the crystal clear waters.

The second activity of the day is to visit a five star hotel, Baldi Hot Springs is cataloged as the largest natural hot springs in the world, with 25 pools of thermal waters one hundred percent natural, nestled amidst the vegetation of the tropical rainforest, fed by crystal clear waterfalls. Day 6: La Fortuna – San José

Breakfast at the hotel and at the indicated time departure to San Jose, capital of the country.

During this tour you will be able to observe beautiful Costa Rican landscapes, a territory of wild mountains covered with rainforests carpeted by lush vegetation that creeps to the edges of the road itself. The landscape is changing, with spaces of vegetation, flat lands, agricultural and cattle farms, until arriving to the Capital San José or Juan Santa María International Airport.
