The Hotel Hacienda Guachipelín is located in the Province of Guanacaste, in the northern part of the country, specifically 225 kilometers (140 miles) from the capital of Costa Rica, San José.

The Hacienda has the privilege of being the only hotel located a few kilometers from the Rincón de la Vieja National Park.
